Patient : Mrs. Narinder Kaur
Age / Sex : 55 yrs Female
Procedure : Cemented Total Hip Arthroplasty with multiple circulage wiring
History :

• A case of peri-prosthetic fracture femur.  
• 15 yrs old Cemented Hemi-arthroplasty done.
• On x-ray appears simple fracture so planned non-cemented Total Hip Arthroplasty with wagner stem, whose size starts from 14 mm onwards.
• When we remove bipolar whole of femur open like a book up to distal 1/3rd.
• Now to remove cement becomes difficult and remove not joints.
• So decided for cemented Total Hip Arthroplasty with multiple circulage wiring.
• Now patient started walking without walker.
